Important Booking Information
- A non-refundable booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
- If your booking is cancelled due to bad weather, the booking fee is valid for 12 months.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash on setup or via the payment link before your event.
- Cancellations: If cancelled within 48 hours of the event, 50% of the balance is due; if cancelled on the day, the full balance is required.
- Venue Hires: Please allow 1 hour before and after your event for setup and collection if need pick up after 5.30pm you will be charged an additional fee.
- OUTDOOR HIRES: Deliveries take place between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM, with pickups from 5:00 PM. A £40 charge applies for pickups after 5:30 PM. We can not give persific time of drop off and collection as this is done in the quickest route on the day....
- Winter Bookings: From October to March, we only provide indoor hires at halls and venues.
- Final pickup at 9:00 PM; later pickups are charged as overnight hire.
* Please note we can not be liable for any damages if not noted having steps while installing or uninstall inflatable.
